What's the procedure to correct a Sales Order line that's stuck in a closed status?

To reopen a closed SO line, navigate to Customer Orders > Order Lines, locate the line, and change the Status field to Ordered if quantities remain unfulfilled. If the order is fully shipped, you'll need to create a new SO referencing the original. Approval may be required depending on your workflow configuration.
